We are so proud to announce that Kathy G & Company has been nominated for a 2010 Catie Award for Best Hors D’oeuvre. Our creation, Breakfast in a Bite: Green Eggs ‘n Ham was created for a menu dedicated to locally grown and produced organic products. Photographed by Arden Photography, the dish was selected as one of three finalists.
This category is for a new individual food item, presentation, concept, or display that has the potential for becoming a trend in the industry. In order for the entry to qualify for this category, it had to be unique and of course, delicious! The Catie Awards is the annual award competition and show for the International Caterers Association. (ICA) It is wonderful to be acknowledged by your peers for the work you do and we are thrilled to be nominated from the hundreds of entries from around the world.
The Catie winners will be announced at ICA’s Spotlight Ceremony on March 8 in Las Vegas. We’ll keep you posted!
